What's the worry? God is in control

Consumed by worry.
Worried about upcoming due dates, tests, papers...is it too long or too short,
Worried about what scholarship your going to get,
Worried about tuition costs,
Worried about what your going to eat for lunch/dinner,
Worried about whether your socks match your shirt.
Whether ridiculous or simply "necessary" worry
is constantly in our minds and on our hearts.
What makes us worry and why do we need to worry?
Too bad there is no cure for worry or
any vaccines to stop worry from entering our very bones.
Isn't it easier to control things by worrying?
Maybe that seems the case sometimes...but is it reasonable
to worry about things you can't change? You can't control the future
and you can't control your life.
Its a difficult concept to learn, but its something to take note.
In Matthew 6: 26 it says:
"Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?"

God is in power and is there for the birds.
He offers them food to eat and a place to stay.
I consider birds to be tiny creatures and if God takes care of them,
the tiny creatures of this Earth, he will surely take care of you.
God is simply in control. Even though we are human beings and like being in control...we can't. That's reality. That's life.
Philippians 4:19, says "God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.
God will provide. So next time your shoulders get tense, that deadline is staring you in the face, and all hope is gone....God is there! He is in control!
